The Ultrasonic Prepaid Water Meter integrates the smart water flow metering with the prepayment control ball valve, it overcomes the the shortcoming of the ultrasonic water meter that it can only measure but cannot manage, besides, it also removes the problem of the smart ball valve that it can only manage but cannot measure.
