Prepaid Bulk Irrigation Water Meter

Overview

The product consists of the bulk AMR water meter, the diaphragm leading valve and the controller, is used for measuring the total water volume that flow through the pipeline, with prepayment function accessible.

1. Valve body with self-support type pilot-actuated structure, leading valve can be opened without large torsion, primary valve can be easily opened with the help of water pressure, small power consumption required for valve on/off, can be driven by only one battery, eliminating the problem of no external power supply in the installation environment;

2. Pilot valve uses floating ball valve principle instead of former pin valve structure to ensure no blockage and malfunction with the pilot valve, thousands of normal start-ups are ensured.

6. Diaphragm of valve body uses EPDM, with two layers of nylon mesh in the middle and non-toxic material, drastically prolongs the lifetime and strengthens the safety of the product;

7. Spidle of primary valve is stainless steel axle and valve seat uses brass material, pilot valve module are all in brass, assuring the overall performance of the valve, no risk of issues caused by rust;
