Technical Parameters

1）Prepayment Management

Prepayment pattern, i.e. payment prior to the heat distribution: Available initial heat volume (calculated by time) of the heating control valve is below zero, it shuts off the valve. Customer goes to the vending point to obtain an smart card after opening an account and buying heat(using time), load the data into the smart valve from the subscriber card, heat distribution back to normality. After it arrives at the limitation value, the valve shuts off, the subscriber goes to the credit sales point(POS) to buy heat and have the credits value loaded into the smart valve, heat is distributed again then.

2）Heat & Cooling Billing Control

Is suited to centralized heating management control and as well as centralized air-conditioning system billing management control.

3）Reissue of Card, Recycling & Transfer Function

The subscriber card ,in case the smart card is lost, reissue of card can be handled at the authority center through the database management function of the billing and management system software when replacement of a valve is required, you may transfer the data values, information into the new meter by a transfer card, by this, the operation of the subscriber card is not affected.

4）Malfunction Detection Valve Shut-off Alarm Reminder

Equipped with self-detection of meter running status, it automatically shuts the valve off and alerts the customer when the malfunction of clock, battery, card operations are detected, alerts of insufficient remaining credits and reminds the customer of purchasing credits, delivers high security and reliability.

5）Data Storage

Can store historical data values of subscriber's heat consumption, provides the subscriber with easy access to the check, management, statistical analysis.
